Jennifer Samuels

Jennifer Samuels has over two decades of experience in leadership roles focused on diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Westminster City Council since March 2003. Jennifer has held various positions within the council, including Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Commissioning Manager, Supporting People Development Manager, and Housing Needs Monitoring Officer. In addition, Jennifer contributes to the YMCA Thames Gateway as a Board Trustee and serves as Vice Chair for Governors for Schools. Educational achievements include a Family Therapy Enhanced Certificate from the Family Institute of Therapy, a Level 5 Certificate in Management from Harrow College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from Middlesex University.
