Katy Beale is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital and customer service delivery. Currently serving as the interim Chief Delivery and Engagement Officer for Digital and Innovation at Westminster City Council, Katy has also held the position of Head of Product and Delivery (interim) at the London Borough of Hackney, where the focus was on customer services, digital, and data. Prior to these roles, Katy was the Head of User Experience for Local Authorities and Communities at the UK Health Security Agency and has provided consultancy services as a Digital Consultant through Katy Beale Co. Additionally, Katy has experience as Managing Director at Yodomo, demonstrating a comprehensive expertise in digital innovation and user experience within public and community sectors.
