Nadine Anderson MSc FCIPD is an experienced organisational effectiveness consultant and director currently serving as a volunteer at Diversive and leading people, culture, and engagement initiatives at Westminster City Council. With a robust background in organisational development, Nadine has facilitated coaching for senior leaders across various sectors and is qualified in mediation and relationship awareness. Key roles include supporting the Royal Free London Foundation Trust's integration and transformation programmes, leading the OD services at Croydon Council, and heading the Learning and Development unit at Lewisham Council.
