Ken Romig

Ken Romig is the current VP for Finance & Management Services at Westminster College. Prior to their current position, Ken Romig worked as the Senior Vice President - Finance at Sky Bank from August 1999 to May 2004. Sky Bank was a $12 billion bank with offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana and West Virginia. It was the largest subsidiary of Sky Financial Group, Inc. which was acquired by Huntington Bancshares, Inc. From June 1989 to August 1999, Romig worked as the Chief Financial Officer at First Western Bancorp, Inc. First Western Bancorp, Inc. was a $2.2 billion bank holding company that was acquired by Sky Financial Group, Inc. Romig began their career in finance as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. from July 1985 to June 1989.

Ken Romig has a Bachelor of Arts from Westminster College in Accounting and Business/Management. Ken also has a Certified Public Accountant certification.
