Tom Winkelman is the current President & CEO at Westminster Village, Inc. Prior to this position, they worked as the General Manager at Morrison Senior Dining from February 2005 to January 2013. During their time at Morrison Senior Dining, they were responsible for managing the Dining Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Transportation, Reception and Activities Departments.

Tom is a effective leader and manager, and is able to motivate and inspire those around him.
