Joe Foster

Joe Foster is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Westmont College since August 2022, Joe previously held various leadership roles at Lifeline Connections, including Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed guiding senior leaders through crises, enhancing financial stability, and overseeing operational functions. Joe's background also includes positions as Business System Analyst and Director of Accounts Receivable at Concordia University-Portland, and Director of Operations at the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission. Joe holds an M.B.A. from Concordia University-Portland, a Certified Management Accountant designation, and a BA in Religious Studies and Business from Westmont College.
