Nicholas Begane

Nicholas Begane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the senior living industry. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Westmont Living, Inc. since October 2019, Nicholas has effectively supported sales teams in Northern California, significantly contributing to the successful relocation of 21 residents at the Pinole location in just three and a half months. Previously, as Community Relations Sales Director, Nicholas achieved a remarkable increase in census from 39% to 93% during the pandemic. Nicholas's earlier experience includes a role as Healthcare Recruiter/Account Manager at Executive Healthcare Management, specializing in contingent recruitment for executive roles in senior living, and as a Recruiter at Management Resource Solutions Inc., where recognition was earned through substantial revenue generation. Nicholas holds two Associate of Arts degrees from Moorpark College in Social and Behavioral Sciences and Liberal Arts and Sciences.
