Randall Ford, RAS has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randall has held various roles throughout their career, showcasing their expertise in operations, business development, and construction project management.

Starting in 2002, Randall worked as a Structural Steel & Monopole Draftsman at Falcon Steel Company, where they created fabrication and erection drawings. Randall then moved on to American Steel & Aluminum Co., Inc. as a Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Draftsman, producing CAD drawings and assisting with quality control.

In 2003, Randall became a Residential Architectural Draftsman - Level II at The ML Group, Inc., utilizing AutoCAD for the production of construction documents. Randall joined RadioShack in 2004 as a Senior Architectural Draftsman and later became a Construction Project Manager, overseeing retail store construction nationwide. Randall successfully managed the launch of PointMobl, a high-end concept store venture.

Randall worked as a Structural Steel Estimator at Lane Supply Inc. in 2010, preparing estimates and bids for commercial projects. Randall then transitioned to roles at Retail Marketing Services East, Inc., starting as an Independent Contractor / Project Manager / Superintendent / Consultant. Randall then became a Construction Project Manager, managing various construction projects nationwide, and eventually a Director of Construction.

In 2014, Randall joined Southwestern Services as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing commercial construction projects and mentoring project management staff. Randall was later promoted to Senior Construction Project Manager and then to Senior Manager of Operations & Design, where they directed preconstruction processes and managed company policies.

Randall's work experience also includes partnerships at Wine Protagonist and Ofi Chito, LLC., where they played a significant role in the success of these businesses.

Most recently, Randall worked at Westmoreland Builders, starting as a Director of Operations in 2019, leading a team of project managers and overseeing a portfolio of commercial construction projects. Randall was later appointed as the Director of Business Development & Preconstruction, where they directed preconstruction processes and led business development efforts. Currently, Randall serves as the Vice President of Operations at Westmoreland Builders.

Randall Ford, RAS has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce, obtained between 2018 and 2024. Prior to that, they attended Tarrant County College from 2002 to 2010, where they pursued a field of study in Architecture & Construction. In 2001 and 2002, they studied drafting at Paris Junior College. Randall Ford also holds various certifications, including Wine & Spirits Education Trust - Level 1 (WSET1) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, obtained in 2023, and First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification from the National Safety Council, obtained in April 2023. Randall became a Registered Accessibility Specialist through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in August 2022, and they obtained the TABC Seller-Server certification from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in September 2017.
