Stephen Polera

Stephen Polera is an experienced educator currently serving as Principal at Westmoreland Central Schools and Syracuse City School District, where responsibilities include fostering positive school culture, supporting behavior management, and acting as an instructional leader. Polera has also held positions as Vice Principal and is involved in professional development as a Technology Coordinator with Mohawk Valley Writing Project. Additionally, Polera is an Adjunct Professor at Mohawk Valley Community College and has experience as a Math Teacher and Administrative Intern at Utica City School District. Polera holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Teacher Education, both from Utica College.
