Crystal Billings

Crystal Billings has a diverse work experience history. Most recently, they worked as an Early Head Start Home Visitor at Westmoreland Community Action since January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Receptionist/Case Worker at The Salvation Army from September 2018 to January 2020. From 2011 to 2015, Crystal attended Keuka College and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Sociology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
