Nicholas Rega

Nicholas Rega currently serves as a Human Resource Assistant at Westmoreland Community Action, where responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding processes, and conducting new hire orientations. Prior experience consists of roles as a college student, tutor, and professor's assistant at Saint Vincent College, where Nicholas completed extensive literature and philosophical analyses, as well as event promotion. An internship at Edge Case Research involved identifying candidates for engineering positions and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Nicholas also served as a Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, earning a leadership certificate and managing performance evaluations. Nicholas holds a degree in Philosophy and English from Saint Vincent College.
