Josh Will

Josh Will is an experienced asset manager currently overseeing the Leasing and Management of the Chicago Infill portfolio at Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, a role held since February 2022. Prior to this position, Josh served as Vice President of Industrial Brokerage Services at NAI Hiffman from May 2016 to February 2022, where over 220 commercial real estate transactions were brokered, cumulatively valued at more than $250 million. Josh's expertise includes negotiating terms for acquisitions, dispositions, and lease agreements within various industrial submarkets in Chicagoland and collaborating with developers and investors on site identification for development. Josh holds a degree in Sport Management with minors in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
