Nick Sands

Nick Sands has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Nick started their career as an Associate at Grubb & Ellis in 2004, where they worked until 2008. Nick then joined Lincoln Property Company as a Manager, Leasing and Sales from 2008 to 2011. Nick later worked at The Pizzuti Companies as a Manager, Leasing and Sales from 2011 to 2017. Following that, they joined Exeter Property Group as Regional Leasing and Acquisitions - Florida from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director- Acquisitions (Southeast) at Westmount Realty Capital, LLC starting from May 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as Senior Director-Industrial Acquisitions and Director- Industrial Acquisitions at the same company.

Nick Sands completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Florida State University. Nick then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Real Estate at Georgetown University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Nick Sands obtained a certification from the CCIM Institute in April 2014.
