Bethany Davis, MBA, currently serves as a Talent and Development (HR) Business Partner at Wonderbrands since May 2024. Prior to this role, Bethany worked as an HR Business Partner Generalist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from November 2023 to May 2024. Bethany's experience includes serving as the HR & Operations Manager at NXM LABS, INC. from January 2020 to November 2023, and as a Bookkeeper & Office Administrator during the same period. Earlier in career, Bethany held the position of Operations Manager & Senior Law Clerk at Renatta Austin Professional Corporation from July 2016 to July 2019. Bethany holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Commerce from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph (2021-2023) and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Sociology from the University of Toronto (2013-2017).
