Francis Campbell

Francis Campbell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Weston Solutions, Inc. since February 2005, Francis has been the Geographic Information System (GIS)/Information Technology Lead for the U.S. In addition, Francis is the Owner and CTO of Chapel Hill Associates, overseeing a range of services including help desk support, network engineering, data management, software design, and cloud services. Previous roles encompass significant contributions as a Senior IT Project Manager at North Wind, Inc., and Lockheed Martin, leading IT efforts during critical responses, including the Columbia Shuttle Recovery and the 9/11 Ground Zero response. Earlier experience includes IT project management and network engineering at Weston Solutions and QA Analyst duties at ILX Systems. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University.
