Lydia Hughes

Lydia Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement compliance. Currently serving as the Manager of Procurement Compliance at Weston Solutions, Inc. since August 2019, Lydia previously held key roles in the US Navy, including Supply Officer, where management of a $6M annual budget and oversight of day-to-day supply operations were integral responsibilities. Additional experience includes leadership as Assistant Supply Officer, where a team of 32 sailors was directed in various supply activities, and earlier roles in financial accounting as an Accountant at FINANTA and an Accounting Intern at Matlack Leasing, LLC. Lydia possesses an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University, complemented by internship experiences at Orbital ATK.
