Mark Finlay

Mark Finlay has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mark'smost recent positions were at Westpac New Zealand as a Technology People Lead in the Payments Tribe and as a People and Practice Lead in Engineering. Previously, they worked at OSS Group Ltd as a Northern Region Team Manager, managing a team of systems engineers and architects. Mark also held leadership roles at The University of Auckland, where they were a Microsoft Services Team Leader and a Systems Team Leader. Earlier in their career, they worked at Gullivers Pacific as a Senior Systems Administrator and at Reuters London as a Problem and Change Manager and a Service Desk Manager. Mark began their career at Paxus Computer Services as an Operations Supervisor.
