Richard Scott-Will-Harknett

Richard Scott-Will-Harknett is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Westpac New Zealand since December 2022, where the focus is on aligning strategy and execution for operational and customer excellence. Previous roles include engagements with organizations such as New Zealand eScience Infrastructure, CONQA, and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, where Richard provided guidance on Agile, Lean, and ITSM practices. Richard's extensive experience includes serving at Nomad8, providing coaching across various industries, and supporting transformative initiatives in organizations like Mitre 10, Agility CIS, and IMAGR. Richard holds a BSc(Hons) in Computing and Informatics from the University of Plymouth and has completed training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
