Scott Miller

Scott Miller serves as Programme Director at Westpac New Zealand, leading efforts to enhance Financial Markets capability and product offerings. Previously, Scott held the position of Head of Delivery in the Transformation Office at Westpac NZ, overseeing extensive enterprise change initiatives. As the founder of fincatalysts, Scott provided transformational leadership in technology and digital services for financial institutions. Scott's tenure at Nordea included roles such as Head of Technology Change, where responsibilities encompassed leading development portfolios and fostering Agile methodologies, and managing significant programmes related to IT change and compliance. Education includes ongoing studies in the Strategic CIO C-Suite Development Programme at The University of Auckland, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Information Engineering from Massey University.
