Alice Crawley has over 25 years of experience in leading, coaching, and supporting global teams through complex transformations. Currently, Alice serves as a Senior Manager in the Culture Consulting Team at Westpac, where Alice has been employed since April 2018. Additionally, Alice holds multiple roles at Westpac, including Change Director for the Workplace Transformation Program and Senior Change Lead in the Customer Service Hub. In Alice's private practice, Alice supports corporate professionals and young adults in achieving personal and professional success through enhanced connection and clarity. Alice's previous experience includes organizational change management consulting for various companies, including Transport for NSW and Avant Insurance. Alice holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Metaphysics, Philosophy, and Japanese Studies from Dalhousie University.
