David Carlton

David Carlton is an experienced professional with a background in education and project management. Currently serving as Capability Manager at Westpac since January 2023, David has demonstrated strong leadership in managing projects and designing targeted learning solutions. Prior to this role, David was the Leader of Educational Performance at Eds., where collaboration with stakeholders led to the attraction of new educational partners and the development of best practices for diverse educational stages. David's earlier experience includes roles as a Classroom Teacher and Coordinator at the NSW Department of Education, and as a Primary School Teacher at Claycots Primary School, where skills in program development, classroom management, and student assessment were honed. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching (Primary)/Arts from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2015.
