Ross McNaughton

Ross McNaughton currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer for Business and Wealth at Westpac, a position held since December 2021, and also holds titles such as Group Head of Credit Restructuring, Assurance and Model Risk. Prior to Westpac, McNaughton had an extensive career at NAB from October 2012 to December 2021, where roles included Executive in Strategic Business Services and Managing Director for NAB UK CRE. McNaughton's earlier experience includes significant positions at Clydesdale Bank as Head of Strategic Business Services Property and at Bank of Scotland as Director of Joint Ventures.
