Edmund Tang

Edmund Tang serves as the Director of Packaging and an Adjunct Faculty member at San Jose State University since January 2009, teaching Packaging Dynamics and Packaging Distribution. Additionally, Edmund has been the Lab Manager at WESTPAK, Inc. since June 2005, overseeing the management and mentoring of new hires, as well as enhancing the company’s Packaging, Materials Analysis, and Supply Chain divisions. Prior roles at WESTPAK include Test Engineer II and Test Engineer I, where Edmund conducted advanced and basic package and product testing, respectively, to evaluate product integrity and performance across various industries. Edmund holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Supply Chain and Packaging, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both from San Jose State University.
