Elena Borgini

Elena Borgini has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 with a stage at Interim 25 Italia. Elena then worked as the Responsabile Ufficio del Personale at Efercal SpA from 2004 to 2005. Subsequently, they joined Medtronic - Invatec and held positions as HR Business Partner from 2010 to 2011 and Responsabile Risorse Umane from 2006 to 2011. Most recently, Elena served as the HR Manager at Westport Fuel Systems from 2012 until their current position as HR Director Europe, which they started in 2020. Elena'sroles have encompassed various responsibilities including managing HR teams, implementing transformation processes, talent and development initiatives, defining compensation policies, and handling industrial relations and contractual matters.

Elena Borgini earned a degree in Sociologia indirizzo politico-istituzionale from Università di Trento, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. Elena also pursued further education at Università degli Studi di Padova, completing a Corso di Master Universitario di 2° livello-CMU2 in Valutazione, formazione e sviluppo delle risorse umane from 2008 to 2009. Prior to their university education, they obtained a Maturità scientifica from Liceo scientifico M. Curie in Castiglione delle Stiviere (Mantova) from 1992 to 1996.
