Arthur Lon

Arthur Lon is a seasoned professional in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Director at both Fleet Services by Cox Automotive and Cox Automotive Inc. since August 2019. In this role, Arthur oversees talent strategies for a leading company in the fleet service industry, which was acquired by Cox Automotive in December 2021. Prior to this, Arthur held the position of Director of Business Development at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions and TrueBlue Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting vehicle technicians and managing client relations. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Proprietary Equity Trader at Tower Hill Trading and as a Sales and Service Specialist at Bank of America. Arthur obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago in 2009.
