Patrick Koropatnick

Patrick Koropatnick has extensive work experience in engineering and technical roles. Patrick started their career as an Owner/Operator at NBI Ltd. in 1992 and then worked as an Intermediate Technician at Ballard Power Systems from 1995 to 1996. Patrick later joined Ballard Generation Systems as an Intermediate Engineer from 1997 to 1999 and then became a Senior Engineer at Ballard Power Systems from 2000 to 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an Engineering Team Lead at Papertech, and then became a Product Manager at the same company from 2007 to 2012. Patrick then worked as an Engineering Consultant at Principal from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Westport Fuel Systems as a Technical Program Lead until 2016. Patrick then served as a Reliability Lead at the same company from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of the HPDI/HHP Chief Engineering Group at Westport Fuel Systems since October 2017.

Patrick Koropatnick obtained a B.Sc. degree in Physics and Mathematics from The University of British Columbia, from the years 1984 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended West Vancouver Secondary School, however, specific years and degrees are not provided.
