Andy Maher

Andy Maher has had a diverse work experience. Andy started their career in 2011 as the Director of Pallet Media, where they owned and operated a signage and sports advertising business. During their time there, they focused on marketing, graphic and web design, business development, networking, and compliance.

In 2017, Andy joined Lotterywest as a Technical Officer in Field Services. Andy then moved on to become a Project Manager for Retail Image and a Data Analyst and Scrum Master for Analysis and Monitoring.

Currently, Andy is working at WesTrac Cat as an Analytics Lead. In this role, they are responsible for leading strategic projects involving the application of large language models, machine learning for product pricing, data catalog procurement, equipment usage forecasting, supply chain optimization, and automation. Andy is also leading the growth of the analytics community and mentoring aspiring analysts.

Andy Maher completed their education at The University of Western Australia from 2005 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts in English. Andy also attended Wesley College in Perth from 2000 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
