Seona Kendal has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as People Operations Manager and previously as People Systems Manager at WesTrac Cat since July 2021. Prior to this role, Seona spent over 13 years at Woodside Energy, where positions included P&GC Technology Team Lead, P&GC System Adviser, Senior HR Analyst, and Human Resources Analyst. Seona's career began at Nottinghamshire Police, working as a Crime Validation Clerk from January 2004 to April 2005.
