Terri Kongcrowther

Terri KongCrowther is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as the New Machine Sales Execution Manager at WesTrac Cat since January 2021. In this role, Terri leads sales delivery and warranty teams, managing critical functions related to planning, pricing, quoting, inventory, and sales management for new machine sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction and service level adherence across the value chain. Previous positions include roles as Operations Manager Strategy and Commercial and Contracts Manager at WesTrac Cat, as well as various managerial positions at Penske Australia & New Zealand, Detmold Packaging, Penrice Soda Products Pty Ltd, and LSH Chemicals Co Sdn Bhd.
