Currently serving as the Director of Planning & Scheduling at Westrock Coffee Company since March 2023, Brian previously held key leadership roles at Dairy Farmers of America, where responsibilities included directing business improvement initiatives and managing technology-driven continuous improvement projects across multiple plants. A graduate with an MBA from Indiana University South Bend and dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and Grove City College, Brian has a strong foundation in both business strategy and engineering principles, effectively utilizing technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and standardization throughout his career.
