Laresa Jones

Laresa Jones, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development in the Supply Chain at WestRock Company since September 2023, Laresa is responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions aligned with strategic organizational needs. Previously, Laresa held several positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Learning and Leadership Development Practice Manager, where a global mentoring program was successfully developed, and Learning Program Manager, overseeing capability initiatives within Integrated Services. Laresa's extensive background also includes roles at Cox Communications, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta, and Ernst & Young, complemented by strong educational credentials, including a Master of Education in Human Resources Organizational Development from The University of Georgia.
