Myron Barnett

Myron Barnett is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and safety management in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the HR Director for Corrugated Mill Operations at WestRock Company since April 2016, Myron leads HR and safety functions for a facility with 460 employees, including overseeing three unions. Prior experience includes various HR leadership roles at International Paper from September 1992 to February 2016, where responsibilities spanned across different divisions and included roles such as HR Manager, Labor Relations Consultant, and Enterprise Training Leader. Myron began a career as a Technical Sales Engineer at ExxonMobil from December 1988 to September 1992. Myron holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
