Richard Pearce

Richard Pearce is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as IT Director of Implementation and Support at Smurfit Westrock since July 2024, Richard has also held a similar position at WestRock Company since January 2015, where responsibilities include supporting the IT PMO, development groups, and divisional management with project implementation and ongoing support for JD Edwards and Compliant Pro. Prior to these roles, Richard worked as Sr Manager of Implementation & Support at RockTenn from December 2001 to January 2015 and as IT Implementation & Support Manager at Advertising Display Company from June 1995 to December 2001, where management of shipping, receiving, and inventory departments was a key focus. Richard's career began at Ashland Chemical as Materials Manager from 1992 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Troy University Dothan, obtained from 1982 to 1986.
