Rob Spaulding

Rob Spaulding currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations for the West Region at Smurfit Westrock since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at WestRock Company, including Regional Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager, from September 2012 to the present. Rob's extensive experience in manufacturing also includes serving as Production Manager at Temple Inland from January 2010 to September 2012 and as CIM/Superintendent at Willamette/Weyerhauser/International Paper from January 2000 to January 2010. Rob began their career as a Supervisor at Willamette Industries, where employment lasted from June 1996 to January 2000.
