Wouter Peddemors

Wouter Peddemors is an accomplished engineering and manufacturing leader with a robust background in the paper industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Services at WestRock Company since March 2012, Wouter has expanded the role's scope to include crucial connections between regional operations and corporate technical resources. Prior to this, Wouter held the position of Regional Engineering Director, overseeing capital investment across numerous paper and coating facilities in North America and Brazil. Wouter's experience includes strategic development and process optimization at FutureMark Paper as Director of Operations and Technical Services, project management for high-value capital projects at Pöyry in South Africa, and contributions to the Group Technical Services Division at Mondi Business Paper. Wouter holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor's of Technology in Business Administration and Management from the Durban University of Technology.
