Kathy Gustafson began their work experience in 1994 as a Sales Account Executive and Professional Department Manager at Schifman, Remley & Associates. Kathy then worked at Marsh from 1999 to 2001 as a Vice President and Healthcare Practice Leader. In 2002, Kathy joined Westrope as a Vice President and also began their role as Vice President at RT Specialty. Kathy held the role at RT Specialty until 2016.
Kathy Gustafson attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1974 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Business, and Political Science. Following that, they attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1978 to 1979, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the same fields of study.
