Shelby Vandever, M.Ed, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis and autism intervention. Currently employed at Westside Children's Therapy since August 2022, Shelby previously contributed as a BCBA and RBT Supervisor at Turning Pointe Autism Foundation, focusing on behavior intervention plans, functional assessments, and staff training. Prior roles include Clinical Supervisor at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, where responsibilities encompassed mentorship, treatment planning, and direct service delivery, as well as various positions at Nexus Solutions Group and earlier training roles. Shelby holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University.
