Aggie Acosta Flores, MGA, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Aggie currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Westside Family Healthcare, where they lead a team of three in various HR functions. Prior to this, Aggie worked as the Human Resources Director at Zacros America, Inc., overseeing around 150 employees in two locations. Aggie also served as the VP of Human Resources at ASG Security, where they acted as a strategic business advisor to the C-Suite and managed a team of five. Additionally, Aggie worked as the Director at American Pool Enterprises, where they provided HR support to 200 employees nationwide, including policy advice and compliance reviews.

Aggie Acosta Flores, MGA, SHRM-CP began their education at the University of Maryland in 1991 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1996. During the same period, they also pursued their Master's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
