Sreelekshmi Madhu has extensive experience in business operations and analytics, currently serving in the COO's office at Trent Ltd since March 2024. Previously, Sreelekshmi worked as a Consultant in Artificial Intelligence & Analytics at Cognizant from May 2021 to March 2024. An early career included a summer internship at OPTOBIZZ, where Sreelekshmi conducted research on the SME sector and developed digital content on Supply Chain Financing. Additionally, Sreelekshmi was a Placement Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, managing corporate relations and student recruitment activities, and served as a Business Analyst/Product Implementation Engineer at CareStack™, translating client needs into actionable deliverables. Sreelekshmi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and a BTech in Computer Science from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering.
