Richard Michael

Richard Michael is an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in sales management, currently serving as Dealer Principal at Westvaal Group since July 2023. Previously, Richard held similar positions at BMW Somerset West and BMW Stellenbosch, where responsibilities included overseeing vehicle sales for both new and used cars, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and market share analysis. Richard's career in the automotive industry also includes roles as General Sales Manager at BMW Paarlberg and Jaguar Land Rover Stellenbosch, along with initial experience as a Sales Executive at BMW Stellenbosch and The Pro Shop. A graduate of Hottentots Hollands High, Richard completed matriculation in 1998.
