Mark Bratt

Mark Bratt is the current CEO at Westwood Financial. Mark has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to their current position, Bratt held various positions at CBRE, DDR Corp., Morgan Stanley Real Estate, and Lend Lease Real Estate. Mark has also served on the board of directors for a private real estate operating company.

Bratt’s experience includes leading 125 investment sale professionals at CBRE and being responsible for more than $7 billion of retail property sales in 2017. Mark has also worked with private clients and has experience in tenant representation, landlord services, and debt and structured finance.

Bratt’s extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry makes him qualified to lead Westwood Financial as its CEO. Under their leadership, Westwood Financial will continue to be a successful company.

Mark Bratt has a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSCE from University of California, Berkeley.
