Tim Chung

Timothy Chung is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Westwood Financial since November 2015, Chung manages the legal department, overseeing a variety of real estate matters including transactions, financing, and lease compliance. In addition to this role, Chung has been a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law since November 2016, teaching courses in Secured Transactions and Contracts, and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern Law School from January 2016 to December 2017. Prior legal experience includes working as Legal Counsel for The Decurion Corporation, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating leases and financing documents, and as an Attorney at both the Law Offices of Tim Chung and Real Estate Investments. Timothy Chung holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from UCLA.
