Austin Mollway, PMP has a diverse work experience in project management and engineering. Austin is currently working as a Project Manager for Renewables at Westwood Professional Services since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. (IEA) where they held various roles including Project Manager from August 2022 to July 2023, Assistant Project Manager from June 2021 to August 2022, and Lead Project Engineer from May 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining IEA, Austin was a Pathways Engineering Intern at USDA in 2018. Here, they collaborated with Federal NRCS and U.S. Army Corps Engineers, gaining experience in surveying, hydrology, and construction planning. Prior to their internship, they served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from April 2017 to June 2018.

Austin's career in project management began as a student at Project Lead The Way, where they gained a strong foundation in project management principles and practices from August 2011 to May 2015. Overall, Austin Mollway, PMP has a solid background in project management and engineering, with experience in renewables, construction planning, and research.

Austin Mollway, PMP, obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2023. Prior to that, Austin attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. Their field of study within this degree program included Renewable Energy, Sustainability, and Psychrometrics.
