Bryana Grovender

Bryana Grovender has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, organization development, and talent management. Bryana currently works at Westwood Professional Services as the Human Resources Director. Prior to this, they were the Learning and Development Manager at the same company.

Before joining Westwood Professional Services, Bryana co-founded Live Well. Lead Well., where they served as an Executive Coach and Principal Consultant from 2019 to 2022. At Live Well. Lead Well., they focused on improving the well-being of employees to drive business results.

Bryana also worked as an Organization Development Consultant at Fairview Health Services from 2017 to 2019, where they implemented programs to enhance the organization's development. Additionally, Bryana served as a Volunteer Board of Directors Member at ZOOM House (Zion Originated Outreach Ministry) from 2016 to 2019.

Bryana's previous experience includes working as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist at Integer Holdings Corporation in 2017, where they designed and executed talent management and organization development programs. Bryana also worked as an Organization Development Consultant at Employee Strategies, Inc from 2012 to 2017, focusing on creating great places to work through various initiatives such as survey design, leadership development programs, and performance management implementation.

In 2012, Bryana served as an Associate at Alignamite, where they used their performance management tool to align employee goals with organizational goals. Bryana also has experience as a Volunteer Manager at Special Olympics Minnesota from 2000 to 2017, managing volunteers and organizing events.

Bryana's career began at Carlson School of Management MBA Programs, where they worked as an Assistant Director of MBA Student Affairs from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Carlson School of Management as an Undergraduate Marketing and Recruitment Assistant from 2007 to 2010.

Bryana Grovender obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University of Minnesota in the years 1999-2003. Bryana later pursued a Master's degree in Education and Human Resource Development from the same university between 2009 and 2011, specializing in Human Resource and Development. In 2018-2019, Bryana attended the University of St. Thomas and received a Master Executive Coach Certification. Alongside their educational background, they have obtained certifications such as Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in March 2021, as well as certifications in DiSC, Insights Assessment, and MBTI (Myers Briggs) from Wiley Education Services, Insights, and CPP, Inc. respectively.
