Jimmy Zerr Pe

Jimmy Zerr, PE has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Jimmy started their career as an Estimating & Business Development Intern at Alpine Site Services, Engineered Screwpiles, where they gained experience in bidding, estimating, project scheduling, client interfacing, 3D modeling, and database creation.

Jimmy then worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Pacific Structures, Inc., followed by a role as a Statics Grader at Colorado School of Mines, where they graded written homework for approximately 150 students and provided useful feedback to improve their communication skills.

From 2018 to 2021, Jimmy worked at Black & Veatch as a Civil/Structural Engineer. In this role, they provided detailed quality foundation and structure design, managed drafting resources, created project proposal estimates, and supported construction efforts.

Currently, they are employed at Westwood Professional Services as a Structural Project Engineer. Since May 2023, they have taken on the role of Structural Lead Engineer.

Jimmy Zerr, PE, earned their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Jimmy has also obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the NCEES in February 2023.
