Joseph Schramm

Joseph Schramm has a diverse work experience that spans from 2009 to 2014. Joseph began their career as a Job Site Manager at College Pro Painters, where they managed a painting crew and handled financial transactions with customers. In 2010, they worked as a Lab Assistant at the University of Minnesota Duluth, assisting with a research project on concrete strength. Concurrently, they also worked as a Furniture Craftsman at Loll Designs, where they constructed eco-friendly furniture and personally delivered products to customers. In 2010, they transitioned to Just Take Action Inc., initially working as a Security personnel before being promoted to Bar Back. In this role, they ensured the safety of patrons and helped with bar operations. In 2012, they joined SRF Consulting Group as a Field Technician, assisting with land development projects and monitoring road paving. Prior to their current position, Joseph worked at Stantec as an Inspector, where they inspected and documented construction projects and liaised with engineers, contractors, and residents. Since 2014, they have been employed at Westwood Professional Services as a Project Engineer, focusing on engineering projects.

Joseph Schramm attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2007 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Their field of study focused on Structural and Hydraulic Design.
