Pat Zacharie

Patricia Zacharie is currently serving as the Vice President, General Counsel at Westwood Professional Services. Prior to this role, Patricia held the position of Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Ambit Energy, which was later acquired by Vistra Energy. Patricia also has experience as a Regulatory Counsel at VarTec Telecom and as a Staff Attorney at the Texas Public Utility Commission. With a background in commercial and financial litigation, Patricia previously worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's office. Patricia holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
