At Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., they worked as an Analyst, specializing in land development, design of wastewater and water lines, general site grading, and storm sewer system design. Rod also had an internship as a Civil Engineer at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., where they worked on roadway design and a city design project for a trail system in Clay County Parklands.
