Kelly Cochran

Kelly Cochran has extensive experience in customer service and sales support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative and Sales Support Coordinator at WAI since October 2005. In these roles, Kelly provides vital support for the WAI USA Rebuilder and various sales divisions, managing customer interactions and assisting the sales team in the Heavy Duty Division. Previous experience includes working as a National Sales Agent and Customer Service Agent, focusing on high-volume customer service transactions in the automotive rebuilding sector. Prior to WAI, Kelly worked at RCN from 2000 to 2005 as a Web Hosting Customer Service Representative, managing email account updates for C1 accounts. Kelly is a graduate of East Brunswick Vocational & Technical High School.
