Rebecca Napier

Rebecca Napier is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Manager of Natural Resources at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a Davey Tree Company, since November 2016. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Senior Environmental Project Manager and Design Lead for the Ecological Restoration Team at Timmons Group from October 2006 to November 2016. Rebecca's earlier experience includes positions as a Project Engineer at WSSI from October 2000 to October 2006 and at Balzer and Associates, Inc. from June 1998 to October 2000. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1993 and 1998.
